Personal Pilates
Private Pilates lesson with the use of the Pilates apparatus.
DUET
Duets (limit of 2 students per class), with the use of the Pilates apparatus and a special series of exercises for each one of them.
GROUP PILATES
Semi-privates (limit of 4 students per class), with the use of the Pilates apparatus and specially designed exercises for each one of the students.
The group equipment Pilates classes in our studio, The secret place, are in groups of up to 4 people, where each student follows a personalized series of exercises based on their individual needs using the large Pilates machines:
Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, Spine corrector, as well as the peripheral tools, such as props:
Rollers, Balls, Weights, Magic circle, and more.
