Rei means ‘Universal Energy’ and ki means ‘Life Energy’. The therapist uses her body as a vessel to transfer ‘Universal Energy’ to the client. Reiki is therapeutic, heals pain, frees from tension. Above all, Reiki is spiritual growth. It’s our personal voyage, the road to harmony, fullness and joy.
The founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui taught the principles of Reiki which are not just a technique but a philosophy and a way of life that connects us to our spirituality, but also helps us in our everyday lives,reminding us that truth and happiness can be found in small and simple things.
